When we hear of the word tea we immediately think of those found in little square bags known as teabags. Tea bags contain crushed tea tea leaves that come from tea shrubs. However, the Kombucha tea does not come from tea shrubs instead it is made from a mushroom that carries the same name, Kombucha.Food made from mushrooms are called broth but the Kombucha tea is different. Making Kombucha tea is a challenge because unlike a tea in a teabag, making Kombucha tea takes five to six days to complete.Letting that particular mushroom mature first is the first step to making this tea. Once the mushroom is ready you can now start making Kombucha tea using the usual procedure for making other types of tea.
In the West the Kombucha tea is not really popular simply because the process of making it is time consuming. How the people in the west lived should be considered. The Kombucha tea has many known benefits despite the fact that it is not that popular. Now would be a good time to try the Kombucha Tea.
